and yes I chose to do it in .NET specifically to spite people who aren't on Windows :DDDD

.NET can be run across all platforms though (for the most part).

Awesome tool. I'd also add the option to display a TM/HM name, so it's more readable. And ability to edit move tutors would be cool too.
