So Special 0xCB from JPAN's FireRed Engine is clearly not very effective. Apparently some bytes need to be changed or something like that, does anyone know what?

As I said before, there is a byte that's wrong in the ROM, and Jambo51 or Diego might know the answer, since it's used in Shining Opal.
