Yeah, I like that idea the best, Kanto/Johto empire taking over everything at that point in time. Great idea for Pokémon migration too, haha!

This is what the old Poké Ball will look like. It has a the button at the top like the old Poké Ball Oak had in the 4th Movie. But, this is even older than that.
