This puts me very much in mind of the FRLG Route 3, which is no bad thing given the theme you're obviously going for with it. Though I do agree with Chaos that it could maybe do with a bit more variety in used instruments.

Just Noteworthy Composer, but I keep putting the MIDI into Sappy as I go along instead of writing the MIDI first and then doing touchups as an all-or-nothing thing
