Is there a tool that isn't APE to see what the Hex values of pallettes are? Like how 00 00 is pitch Black? I only need a tool that shows me colours, not inserting as I'm not working with GBA.

Just realised APE has it without having to open a ROM, nice

Also NSE or VBA Palette Viewer (you just need to swap the bits ie. 7F FF is actually FF7F.

It's more for me to do custom ones, VBA is really useful for finding what I want in the ROM, but to get my own colours I'm using APE now.
